About this event

✨ I’m hosting a pop-up class in the park—one of my favorite places to move, be, and breathe. I’d love for you to join me. 💌

The goal of this event is to reconnect with yourself with compassion, restore your energy, and simply be. This is a space to explore, play, and nurture your sense of wonder and community. In this session, you’ll experience:
✨ Gentle, dynamic yoga and breath practices
✨ Active rest inspired by nature
✨ Time to connect with yourself and others in a nuanced, playful, and supportive way

    After the Workshop
    The space is yours to wander. You may choose to:
    🌲 Take a walking meditation
    🌲 Get “lost and found” along the trails
    🌲 Be
    🌲 Engage in conversation with like-minded people

    What to Know
    🧘 Bring: yoga mat, headphones, water, and cozy layers
    🚻 Amenities: bathroom available on the grounds
    🌱 Reminder: Leave no trace if you choose to explore the woods
