Policy

  • ALL services require Full Payment upon booking. Unless utilizing the payment plan method.

  • All sales are final. However, if an issue arises, please don't hesitate to reach out — I'll do my best to find an equitable resolution on a case-by-case basis.

  • Packages Expire after 6 months.

  • I reserve the right to refuse service or cancel your appointment.

  • In honor of everyone's time, if you are late that time will be deducted from your session!

  • Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance. Late Cancellations and no-shows are responsible for 100% payment on their service. No Exceptions.
