ALL services require Full Payment upon booking. Unless utilizing the payment plan method.
All sales are final. However, if an issue arises, please don't hesitate to reach out — I'll do my best to find an equitable resolution on a case-by-case basis.
Packages Expire after 6 months.
I reserve the right to refuse service or cancel your appointment.
In honor of everyone's time, if you are late that time will be deducted from your session!
Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance. Late Cancellations and no-shows are responsible for 100% payment on their service. No Exceptions.
